The High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg, has scheduled the settlement approval hearing for 27 October 2026. The proposed Settlement remains subject to approval by the High Court, and accordingly, no payments can be made to eligible claimants unless and until such approval has been granted.
