Please note that the deadline for the submission of claims expired on 30 March 2026, and no late claims can be accepted. The High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg, has scheduled the settlement approval hearing for 27 October 2026. The proposed Settlement remains subject to approval by the High Court, and accordingly, no payments can be made to eligible claimants unless and until such approval has been granted. Claimants are encouraged to monitor this website for further updates regarding the progress of the Settlement and any subsequent payment process.

Lewer beswaar teen die Skikking
Indien u beswaar aanteken, bly u ’n lid van die Skikkingsklas (indien deur die Hof goedgekeur) en laat u die Hof weet dat u meen iets aan die Skikking is verkeerd of onbillik. Indien u beswaar aanteken, moet u steeds ’n eis indien om betaling te ontvang.

15 Maart 2026
U beswaar moet teen hierdie datum geliasseer word.Belangrik: U kan slegs beswaar aanteken indien u nie uitgekoop (opt-out) het nie. As u uitkoop, raak die Skikking u nie en kan u nie beswaar aanteken nie.
Om ’n betaling te ontvang indien die Skikking goedgekeur word, moet u steeds ’n eis indien teen die eissperdatum, selfs al lewer u beswaar.
Hoe om beswaar te lewer
U kan self ’n skriftelike beswaar liasseer of op eie koste ’n prokureur aanstel. U beswaar moet by die Skikkingsadministrateur (Spot Settlements) geliasseer word teen 15 Maart 2026. Die Skikkingsadministrateur sal alle besware saambundel en ’n verslag by die Hof en die betrokke partye indien.
U beswaar moet insluit
- ’n Gedetailleerde verklaring van waarteen u beswaar maak
- Spesifieke redes vir u beswaar, met enige bewyse of regsbronne
- ’n Verklaring wat bevestig dat u die Klasdefinisie nagegaan het en nie uitgekoop het nie
- Enige dokumente wat u wil hê die Hof moet oorweeg
Sluit ook u besonderhede in
- U volle naam en fisiese adres
- U telefoonnommer
- Die voertuig se VIN wat aan u eis gekoppel is
- U eienaarskap-/huurstatus en datums (begin en einde, indien van toepassing)
