New Documents Added to the VW EA189 Settlement Portal

1. Consent Order dated 12 June 2025
   This order confirms Spot Settlements’ appointment to administer the data reconciliation process for the proposed VW EA189 Settlement.

2. Consent Order dated 27 October 2025
   This order confirms that the Class Notice Programme is officially operative.

3. Annexure A to the Settlement Agreement
   This annexure sets out the full timeline governing the Class Notice Programme.
